They are not legal, engineering, insurance, financial or inspection advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional who has seen your property. Prices, permit rules and other details change and vary from site to site. Always confirm with contractors, inspectors and the relevant local, state and federal agencies before you act.
Contractor listings
757 Waterfront is a directory. We are not a contractor and we do not build, repair, inspect or supervise any work. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of a contractor’s work, pricing, insurance or conduct. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, and any dispute about a contractor’s work is between you and that contractor.
Listing details come from publicly available sources and from the contractors themselves, and may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm details directly with the contractor before you hire.
License information
License badges and license details reflect what the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) License Lookup showed on the date we checked. Licenses can expire, change or be suspended at any time. Always look up a contractor’s license yourself at the DPOR License Lookup before you hire. See what the badges mean.
Information from contractors
If you are a contractor and you send us information, photos or a logo for your listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to display it on 757 Waterfront and in posts that promote your listing. You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time by emailing info@757waterfront.com. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
Using the site
Please use the site the way it’s meant to be used. Don’t submit false information, pretend to be someone else, interfere with how the site works, or use it for anything unlawful. Don’t copy, scrape or download the directory in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, or reuse our listings, guides or license information on another site without written permission. We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to contractor websites, government agencies and other sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
Our content
The guides, checklists, forms, graphics and text on this site belong to Nautical Precision LLC unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to print our free checklists and forms for personal use, and realtors, inspectors and other professionals may share them with their clients as long as they stay unchanged and keep the 757 Waterfront name. Please don’t copy or republish our guides on another website without permission. Photos credited to others belong to their owners.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the information is complete, current or error free, or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nautical Precision LLC and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site, relying on its content, or hiring or dealing with any contractor listed on it. This includes property damage, repair costs, lost money and indirect or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification
